The above rates are quoted with the following terms and conditions

• 1). Rates quoted are inclusive of all cost of fuel, toll fee, parking fee and driver’s fee. An average of Php36.00/km.


• 2). Type of vehicle with comprehensive motor insurance coverage (as to any accident, liability on passengers and drivers), well maintained and undergone regular vehicle preventive maintenance checking to sustain a high standard of road worthiness and identify any vehicle defects, damage or problems at an early stage before they become a safety issue to our valued customers.


• 3). Service Leadtime
  • Two (2) days advance booking and reservation, giving the complete trip details and itinerary.Driver’s Warranty
  • Well versed drivers, punctual and respectful.


• 4). Insurance
  • Immediately upon execution of the contract, the Carrier shall obtain at his expense the necessary insurance on all its vans utilized in the performance of the shuttling services contemplated in this contract pursuant to the requirements of P.D.612 to cover damages, death or injuries and full hospitalization expenses suffered or incurred by any of the Company’s employees and guests while on board said vans, as well as such loses or damages to third persons, and properties may suffer or sustain arising from, connected with the Company. It is further understood that the insurance coverage of Comprehensive and Third party liability (CTPL) for the Company and guests is subject to the schedule or limitations prescribed by the Insurer of the Carrier and the said coverage proper compensation resulting to death and /or medical expenses of the injured passenger-employee involved.


• 5). Liability
• The Carrier shall be liable for any damages to Company’s property in the course of shuttling service due to Carrier’s negligence or that of its officers, employees, agents or representatives. It is likewise understood that the Carrier holds the Company free harmless from any liability or suit, cause or causes of action, claim of claims which may be filed by any person, group or entity:


• • because of injury, sickness, accident, or death suffered by him, his family his employees, his assigns or guests or by the Company’s employees, officers of guests due to shuttling/van service or in course of shuttling/ van services, whether inside or outside Company premises;
  • because of violation of any provision of labor law, social legislation, ordinances, or government standard on shuttling services;
  • because of violation of any provisions of law, legislation and ordinance on environmental protection and energy conservation.
